vous avez déjà réglé
votre inscription et que vous souhaitez annuler
votre participation,
vous avez jusqu'au 15 juin pour pouvoir être
remboursé(e).
Au-delà de cette date, aucun remboursement
ne sera effectué.

General information
Registration
fees
Standard fee : 150 euros. Professionals: 250 euros.
Students: 50 euros. (this last does not concern financed PhD students.
These last have to pay the standard fee).
The registration fee includes
:
• Symposium registration
• 3 lunches at INTEFP
• Coffee breaks
• Aperitif on Monday
4th July
• Shuttle (from Perrache
Railway Station to INTEFP)
The
registration fee DOES NOT include :
• Dinners
• Accomodation
• Cruise restaurant
(5th July, evening)
Accomodation
Accomodation is provided for in individual rooms at
the INTEFP. Some rooms have double bed: please inform
us when filling the registration form if you are interested. For more information, please

Of
course, if you don't want to stay at the Symposium site,
you'll find some hotels on our "useful information
page".
Cruise
restaurant
A "cruise restaurant" is scheduled on Tuesday
evening (5th July). You'll discover "Lyon from
Bridge to Bridge" crossing the Rhône. Participation
fee: 30 euros. . For more information,please

Payment
Choose, one of the three following payment possibilities
:
• Credit
Card : For payment by credit card (VISA, Master
and Eurocard), please print and fill out also the next
form
• Bank
Transfer : Print the "RIB" (document
giving details of CNRS' bank)
, and please DO mention the object of the transfer :
ARTCO.
For international tranfers please make sure that the
transfert is free of charge to the beneficiary. • Personal
Checks: in Euro only, payable to : Agent comptable
CNRS.
